30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Include proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (marked as such at checkout)
  • Altered or customized items
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items without original tags

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@astracouture.com to initiate your return
  2. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include your order number and reason for return
  4. Ship to the address provided by our team

Return Shipping

Domestic Returns: We provide a prepaid return label for US orders. The return shipping cost ($10) will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We'll be happy to assist you. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at quality@astracouture.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
